Returns & Cancellations
14-day return policy
Should an item not fit or not meet your expectations, you can easily return your order to us within 14 days of receipt .
Please send us a short email in advance to

This is how the return process works
Return period
You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to register a return.
Condition of goods
The items must:

unworn
-
undamaged
-
in perfect condition
-
including all labels and original packaging
receive them from us.
Return label
Your order does not include a pre-printed return label .
To receive a refund, you must first send us a return request via email .
After your request, you will receive all the information and a return label to print out at the email address you provided when placing your order.
Return shipping costs

Within Germany:
A flat fee of €2.99 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. -
Outside of Germany:
50% of the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.
Please use the original packaging for returns if possible, so that the goods arrive safely and undamaged.

After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
