From the shipping date of your order, you have 14 days to return it to www.lenika.shop. The items must be in perfect, unworn condition and all tags and original packaging must be included.

Your order does not include a pre-printed return label. To receive a refund, you need to submit a return request to us. Please send this to hi@brunchies.shop. You will then receive all the necessary information, including a printable return label, to the email address you provided. Returns cost a flat rate of €2.99 (within Germany), which will be deducted from your refund. For returns outside of Germany, the return shipping cost is 50% of the original shipping cost, which will also be deducted from your refund. Please use our packaging for returns to ensure your goods arrive safely and undamaged. Processing your return and refunding your original payment method typically takes up to 14 days.
